I understand how important our mental health is and how hard it can be to reach out for help. I have not only lived through and overcome my own struggles with mental health but I have been a support and guide for many others on their own unique journey.
I am passionate about helping others master their mindset. Sherapy is a very personalised approach to coaching and is designed to guide you through letting go of negative emotions & beliefs that have been holding you back in life and help you start working toward the goals & dreams you wish to achieve.
Through my own journey of self-growth, I have learnt to overcome my own struggles with mental health and understand the power of healing from the root causes, not just sweeping them under the rug or giving it the “She’ll be right” method, like so many of us do.
Qualifications
I am a Qualified Master practitioner of NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) & Time Line therapy ® and Advanced Clinical and Pain Management Hypnotherapist. When I am not coaching, I work with the community and also study in community services. This work has helped me to understand the greater needs of the community in a broader scope & bought my attention to the lack of support in mental health in the community.
So, I created 'Sherapy'!
